CONDIS is entering into a three-year partnership with the HC Fribourg-Gottéron junior programme and Ladies team. The partnership brings together two different worlds around a shared ambition: creating the right conditions for talent to emerge, develop and pass on knowledge to future generations.

Supporting talent and the next generation

With more than 120 years of industrial roots in the canton of Fribourg, CONDIS has chosen to build this partnership around two themes that directly reflect its priorities: supporting women’s career paths in environments where they remain underrepresented, and passing on knowledge and expertise to younger generations.

These topics are also promoted internally through initiatives such as Women in Industry and CONDIS Legacy.

In an industrial and technological sector where women remain underrepresented, CONDIS aims to play its part in highlighting their career paths, encouraging their ambitions and supporting their professional development.

With more than a century of expertise, the company also places particular importance on knowledge transfer. Promoting technical professions, sharing expertise acquired across generations and encouraging young people to pursue careers in these fields all contribute to preserving essential skills for the future.

Building bridges between sport and industry

Beyond supporting the club, the partnership aims to create meaningful connections between the worlds of sport and industry.

Over the next three years, the collaboration will gradually take shape through a range of initiatives, including experience sharing, opportunities to discover industrial professions, and projects involving players and CONDIS' employees.

The partnership is built on values shared by CONDIS and HC Fribourg-Gottéron: commitment, team spirit, responsibility, the pursuit of excellence and a drive for continuous progress.

The first initiatives developed as part of the partnership will be announced over the coming months.

““We are very pleased to begin this collaboration with Fribourg-Gottéron. Supporting young people and promoting women’s careers directly reflect the priorities we pursue as a company. Our ambition is to build a dynamic partnership that goes beyond brand visibility and creates meaningful connections between our two worlds.” Director”
