A taste for togetherness
You might say that food plays a role in every company’s lifestyle. That is probably true. But if cooking for others is your love language, you will feel at home here.
We celebrate collective victories with generous barbecues, prepare for Christmas with our traditional homemade Advent calendar treats, and enjoy organising buffets where colleagues bring their national or regional specialities. Many people also celebrate their birthday by generously bringing delicacies for the morning break. If you enjoy cooking or baking, you will quickly find a special place in people’s hearts.
Inspiring young generation
As a secular company, transmission is part of our DNA. Our long-term future relies on inspiring younger generations to pursue technical careers and to discover what working in an industrial environment can offer.
Doing so comes naturally to us and takes many forms: welcoming student classes for dedicated workshops, inviting our families and children to discover what “mum” or “dad” actually do during the day, taking part as ambassadors or mentors in tutoring programmes, and organising open days.
Perpetuating the company’s legacy is something we take very seriously, but always with passion and fun.
Active by nature
We could not close this page without mentioning that sport is an important part of our company culture. Some of us are those slightly persistent colleagues who try to convince others during a coffee break that running will change their lives.
Beyond this enthusiasm, many colleagues simply enjoy the exceptional surroundings around CONDIS. Swimming in the lake (whatever the temperature), hiking in the mountains (whatever the weather), running in the nearby forest, or meeting at the gym to prepare for the next competition.

I'd say the lifestyle at CONDIS is lively, enjoyable and pleasant. I've been at CONDIS for about eight months now, and from day one, I've met people who are very open, welcoming, collaborative and cheerful, which creates an excellent working atmosphere. Every day, we can look forward to our highlight of the day, our 15-minute break, which we usually take at 9 a.m. over coffee and a little something to eat, depending on the generosity of certain colleagues. This short break is a great way to take our minds off work for a few minutes and chat about all sorts of topics before getting back to our tasks. We can also count on internal group events (lunches with games, litter picking outings, an advent calendar of treats, etc.) or sports outings with colleagues to have more fun outside of work. To sum things up, I think this lifestyle helps us to be in top form for our daily work at CONDIS.
