In 2026, we will strengthen awareness of trust, integrity and ethics across the organisation. All employees will be regularly engaged with the Code of Conduct through structured training and internal communication, ensuring that ethical behaviour remains a shared and actively upheld standard.

Risk management

This year, we will strengthen our approach to risk management by extending it to all company processes. A common evaluation scale will be deployed and used consistently across functions to monitor, prioritise and manage risks, ensuring greater coherence, transparency and control throughout the organisation.

Employee well-being

Throughout the year, we will keep improving workplace ergonomics, implement dedicated trainings for the management on psychosocial risk prevention, and formalise our commitments through the publication of a comprehensive workplace well-being policy.

Environment

In 2026, we will advance our environmental focus by modelling a clear decarbonisation trajectory for our activities. This work will establish a structured pathway to reduce emissions and guide future operational and investment decisions in support of our climate objectives.

In line with our commitment to transparency, we will report at the end of the year on the progress achieved for each of these priority topics. This update will include concrete indicators and explanations on the actions implemented and the extent to which our objectives have been met. Entering the high-voltage market

The launch of the high-voltage capacitors production considerably increases the activity of the company that needs to extend its facilities. It is also the beginning of a great success story in the high-voltage industry.

Birth of CONDIS

Creation of CONDIS SA as an independent company dedicated to high-voltage capacitors. The company settles down in Rossens, near Fribourg, its current location.

2003
The American chapter

Maxwell Technologies Inc., American producer of ultracapacitors based in San Diego (CA), acquires CONDIS.

New ownership for CONDIS that reinstates it’s 100% Swiss origins

The U.S. group Maxwell Technologies sells CONDIS to Renaissance Foundation, a Swiss pension fund, based in Lausanne while CONDIS’ management becomes co-owner of the new company.

Acquisition of Elvexys SA

CONDIS SA acquires Elvexys SA, a specialist in network digitalisation, confirming its corporate strategy to become a key leader in digitalisation of electrical substations.

Full integration of Elvexys SA

This strategic decision is in line with the shared vision to be a valuable partner to all players in the digitalisation of substations. By presenting a more comprehensive and integrated portfolio, CONDIS is well positioned to support the growing demand of the industry.
