Key Account Manager

For CONDIS’ Sales Team, located in Rossens (FR) Switzerland, we are looking for a :


As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing several large key accounts independently as well as qualifying, managing and developing leads and Requests For Quotations (RFQs).

This role has the overall responsibility to maintain and further develop the strong relationships between CONDIS Group and its strategic clients.

Main Responsibilities

  • Define suitable strategies for the accounts and execute action plans in alignment with business goals
  • Identify business opportunities and set up tactical action plans including allocation of appropriate resources
  • Commercial qualification of leads and incoming RFQs
  • Analyze market trends and propose corresponding business plans to meet market requirements
  • Manage sales and client administration in coordination with our sales back-office team
  • Track reliable customers forecasts and predicted market trends
  • Develop strategic relationship network
  • Support and be the voice of the customers within our organization
  • Get and share feedback from customers and the market
  • Take part in the negotiation of frame contracts and spot projects
  • Propose development’s actions with Business Development team
  • Report successes, lessons learned and corrective plans

This role requires up to 40% time on customer visiting activities and for attending trade shows of the industry.


  • Master Degree in Business Administration and interest in technical topics, or Master Degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • 3 years’ experience in Business-to-Business sales and/or marketing
  • Experience in HV/MV equipment/components business, energy grid monitoring, measurement and protection business are welcome assets
  • Fluent in French and English, German an asset
  • Computer literate
